At Chicago’s Essex Inn we offer modern conference facilities and a suite of elegant meeting spaces.

Or meeting rooms can accommodate groups of up to 110 people and we also feature smaller spaces ideal for a board meeting or business presentation.

Our events team can arrange for audio visual equipment and we offer a business hub, wireless internet access can be arranged for our meeting rooms and we provide free Wi-Fi in our guest rooms, lobby and pool area.

Chicago’s Essex Inn has a choice of six meeting spaces covering over 4,000 square foot, some of which can be joined together to accommodate more people. Weddings and other large celebrations

Chicago’s Essex Inn has hosted many beautiful weddings, and we also often accommodate wedding parties and guests for larger celebrations held at nearby venues like the Field Museum. We can accommodate your wedding guests and we can also host your rehearsal dinner or post wedding brunch.

We can help you with every detail from florists to hair and make-up and we love working with couples and their wedding planners to create a memorable wedding day. Our suite of meeting rooms also includes attractive spaces that are ideal for smaller meetings and presentations and our board room offers a more formal setting if required.

We frequently host smaller social events like reunions, birthday parties, and events for clubs and businesses.

Banquet & private dining options

We can arrange hospitality for your event. Whether you would like a sit down dinner or a breakfast buffet for a morning meeting, or canapes and campaign for a celebration, our events team can help you plan a delicious menu. Our french inspired restaurant, Brasserie by LM, also has a private dining area, called the Paris Room, where you and your guests can enjoy classic bistro cuisine.
