Kids Rule Package
With this package, it’s all about the kids. From planning their visit to checking in to the hotel, your child is in charge. Don’t worry parents; you’re invited too.
Kids will have their very own bedroom decorated in the theme(s) of their choice; complete with TV, games, books, a bedtime story and more! Each kid will also receive a welcome drawstring pack stuffed with treats. We’ll even give Mom and Dad a queen size bed and a TV too.
Kids Rule rooms are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, Wii gaming system, and beanbag chairs.
Don’t forget, pack your bathing suit for our complimentary indoor pool (with lifeguard) and plan to take our free shuttle that runs along Michigan Avenue and stops at the John Hancock Observatory, Museum Campus, and Navy Pier.

Field Museum Special Exhibits
The Nature of Diamonds 10/23/09-3/28/10
You’ll discover this remarkable stone’s scientific and cultural roles, explore the human fascination with the diamond and get an in-depth look at it as a natural substance, delving into its geologic origins, how it is mined, its cultural significance in art, literature, and adornment, and its numerous uses in modern science and technology.
Approximately 800 pieces will be on display, from jewelry to historical paintings to stones to objects—including items from the collections of Marie Antoinette, Princess Grace, Mae West and others.
Mammoths and Mastodons: Titans of the Ice Age 3/5/10-9/6/10
Be one of the first to welcome Lyuba, a 42,000 year old baby woolly mammoth, to Chicago and discover what life was like when mammoths and mastodons roamed the Earth. You will touch mastodon teeth, feel mammoth fur, and experience some of the oldest human artifacts in the world. This interactive, hands on exhibit is sure to make you feel as if you have stepped right into the Ice Age.
