New for 2009: in-room refrigerators for guest use. While we know that some guests visit Chicago on business and some are here for a family vacation, there’s one thing everyone has in common - eating! And now each guest room has a fridge for doggy bags.

The Essex Inn is on Chicago’s Cultural Mile and that means not only a world-famous planetarium and aquarium, but world-famous museums and, of course, restaurants too.
